To improve the wear resistance of TMR blade and investigate effect nano-La2O3 Mo on laser cladding coating. 65Mn as substrate, La2O3, Mo-La2O3 composite powders were added into Ni60a/SiC powder. Using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy CFT-I surface synthesizer, phase composition, element distribution friction properties coating analyzed to obtain best composition The results showed that Mo-La2O3-Ni60a/SiC was best. by diffraction spectroscopy. contained hard phases such CrB, CrC Cr7C3, uniform. It can be seen from microscope addition nano-Mo La2O3 improves toughness compactness coating, microstructure is refined. coefficient 0.5, depth 12.35 μm, 23% 89% lower than respectively. roughness after 2.06 amount 0.001 g. mechanism mainly adhesive wear, abrasive oxidation wear. composed micro furrows, accompanied generation new wear-resistant layers.
